Here at T&M Artisan chocolates we take pride in our luxury handcrafted chocolates and being a family run business customer care is placed at the very heart of what we do. We hope you enjoy eating our delicious chocolates as much as we enjoyed creating them.
Due to our chocolates being handmade we will need 3 days lead time on deliveries. We do not store our chocolates and once you have placed your order that is when the chocolatier makes them.
Any promotions will have separate T & Cs.
These T & Cs do not affect your statutory rights.

OUR LIABILITY
Our liability towards you, our customer if a product is damaged or of an insufficient quality is that we should be allowed to replace any damaged goods provided you contacted us within 14 days of receiving the goods, rectify any shortages, supply the correct order or refund the order minus any postage and packaging. No further compensation will be issued.

What We Collect - Only what you tell us and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
How we use information about you - All the information you give us is used only to fulfil your order. We do not use it for marketing or pass it on to a 3rd party
How Information About You is Shared - It isn't. Sublime Chocolates will not ever share your details with 3rd parties outside of what is required to fulfill you order.
Ads and Analytics Partners - We use Google analytics on our website to help promote our business. All your details including your delivery details and payment instructions are held securely and will not be indexed by Google or any other search engine.
